This wine has a star bright lemon hue and while lemons, limes and mandarins come to the fore, there is a background of ripe stonefruit such as peaches and apricots. Honeysuckle and honeycomb influences come from botrytis, which has also made the wine more full bodied and concentrated. It has a spine of natural acidity and tingling minerality that helps draw out the palate structure to a citrus zest finish

Crafted from the prized red soils of Marananga in the north-west of the Barossa Valley, Penfolds Bin 150 Shiraz 2018 showcases the distinctive character of one of Australia's most celebrated wine regions. Warm, dry conditions and ancient soils provide the foundation for a bold yet refined Shiraz, shaped in the unmistakable Penfolds style with a thoughtful balance of French and American oak. Layers of boysenberry, mulberry and raspberry unfold across the palate, complemented by hints of cola, exotic spice and a subtle ironstone minerality. Fine, persistent tannins and well-integrated oak add depth and structure, delivering a wine of impressive balance and longevity. Drinking beautifully now, this is a cellar-worthy Shiraz with the potential to evolve through to 2035.

With a history spanning generations, Penfolds Club Tawny has played a defining role in shaping the winery's renowned House Style. Originally released as single-vintage wines, it has evolved into a carefully crafted multi-varietal, multi-vintage blend that reflects Penfolds' enduring winemaking philosophy. Matured in seasoned oak barrels for an average of at least three years, it remains the cornerstone of the Penfolds fortified collection. Rich yet approachable, Club Tawny opens with inviting aromas of caramel, roasted nuts and ripe plum, lifted by a subtle hint of aniseed. The palate is soft and mellow, with sweet plum and currant flavours balanced by fine spirit and fresh acidity. Gentle notes of oak-aged nuttiness add depth, leading to a smooth, generous finish that has made this classic Tawny a favourite for decades.

Since its inception, Penfolds Koonunga Hill has always aimed to deliver quality, value and consistency. The original 1976 Koonunga Hill Claret is a legendary wine that is still drinking well today. Koonunga Hill Shiraz joined the range in 2002, a contemporary reflection of Penfolds multi-regional sourcing philosophy. Shiraz from the warmer districts of South Australia is carefully blended, with the Barossa Valley always well represented. Ripe plum, blueberry & sweet spice - undeniably South Australian Shiraz. The palate shows flint, liquorice, smoked meat & paprika. Integrated tannins remind us of the wine's place in the Penfolds family.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from vineyards throughout the Barossa. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity and finalised through a selection process. The resulting wine is rich and concentrated with aromas of ripe dark berry fruits, blackcurrants and plums with mint and varietal leafy notes. The palate is plush with flavours balanced by fine, textural tannins.

A tribute to the Barossa's winemaking heritage, Pepperjack is crafted using a blend of traditional techniques and modern flair. Winemaker Richard Mattner - a born-and-bred Barossa local - loves making Pepperjack wines as much as he loves drinking them, especially alongside a great steak. As he says: "Why would I need anything else?" Deep dark red with a vibrant purple rim, the nose bursts with rich aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, mocha, and spice. The palate is plush and layered, delivering concentrated dark fruits, fine tannins, and a soft, lingering finish. Pepperjack Shiraz is a true Barossa classic.
